Paul Hardwick
Having started out as a front line agent back in 1997, I have always been involved in Retail Travel. From starting work on the shop counter, running my own agency, to working in various Management & Commercial roles and my current Director of Retail role at Fred. Olsen Travel. My role now consists of managing all business to consumer activity within Fred. Olsen Travel, which currently comprises 22 shops, 60 franchisees and 7 licensee agencies. Having opened or acquired 9 new agencies since 2021, my aim has been to increase our business on the high street by focusing on customer service, experience and knowledge. Working with ATAS to drive sales for Adventure & Touring Holidays is vital for our growth aspirations to be able to tap in to one of the biggest growing sectors in the industry, whilst being a crucial training resource for our staff.
